1. Purpose of this license
----------------------------------------

This license is created to control the use of resources available from the website located at
https://html-basics.com, or just html-basics.com ("HTML-Basics"), including the software
available for download or online use which is created for HTML-Basics.The license is NOT created
to limit the use of these resources more than necessary, but to protect the copyrights connected
to HTML-Basics.

This license deals with software available for download from HTML-Basics, and which is created
as a part of the HTML-Basics product, from now named "Downloadable Modules".

The license deals with software available online at HTML-Basics, and which is created as a part
of the HTML-Basics product, form now named "Online Modules". This includes also the parts of this
software that isn't used at the HTML-Basics website.

The license also deals with other resources at HTML-Basics, which is all other available material
from HTML-BAsics, which isn't covered in the parts about Online Modules or Downloadable Modules.

Any typing errors, or incorrect English may not be interpeted any other way than it would if the
errors didn't occur, as long as it is clear what was the intention with the sentence.

2. General terms applicable to all parts of HTML-Basics

Any violations of this license, a part of it or the license in whole, will terminate your license
to use any part of HTML-Basics.

All copyrights belong to those people creating the various material. This means you will be allowed to use
the material, but under no circumstances, you may claim to have created it in any way, and you have no
authority whatsoever to grant any use of this software to others. This right does only the HTML-Basics team
have.

When using software available from HTML-Basics, downloadable or online versions, it shall have a copyright
notice available in the source code, and viewable from the page that HTML-Basics is powering the software,
including a link to https://html-basics.com.

You may use the software free of charge, for non-commercial or commercial purposes, unless otherwise
specified. However, you may not redistribute, repackage, sublicense, copy, or sell any of the files without
explicit permission of HTML-Basics webmaster, the copyright holder.

THE HTML-BASICS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AT A "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES, AND HTML-BASICS DOES NOT
HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANDY DAMAGES CAUSED BY USE OR MIS-USE OF ANY PART OF THE HTML-BASICS PRODUCT.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR ANY PART OF HTML-BASICS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES

In case of a legal dispute, only International and Norwegian law applies, in that order.
Any disputes that goes to court, is setteled in Oslo, Norway.


3. Downloadable programs from the domain html-basics.com

You may edit the source code, but may not share this edit with anyone beyond the copyright holder. Edit of
source code is not supported.

You may not use parts of the source code for you own works and distribuate it, without written permission.

All copyright notices, and references to HTML-Basics must remain as when delivered, in the source code, and elsewhere.


4. Online programs available from the domain html-basics.com
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Even though not always technically required, a notics shall always be available in the browser that the software is
powered by HTML-Basics.

Any attemts to illegally gain access to information that you knew, or should know, isn't available for you (hacking, cracking etc.),
is a definite breach of this agreement. Any suspitions of such cases, or evidence of such will cause the licence to be terminated
and if possible, the case will be reported to the norwegian police.


5. Use of other parts of the website at html-basics.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I may use works of others at HTML-Basics. In such cases, the copyright belong to the various copyright holders, not anyone else. I
will stribe to keep the copyright notices easily available for anyone in such cases. If I believe a work is public domain, I may post
it with a notice for any copyright holder to contact me if needed. I have no intention of breaking any copyrights.
